Position Overview: 

• Seeking motivated and flexible Casual Truck Drivers to join the team. This role is ideal for those who want to earn competitive pay while enjoying a dynamic work environment. Casual Drivers will fill in for regular drivers during vacations, sick days, and additional runs.

Delivery Locations:

• CO, WY, SD, ND, KS, NE, NM, UT, TX, OK

Average Weekly Miles:

• Varies

Schedule:

• Casual Drivers are on call 24/7 and fill in for scheduled runs.
• Typically run 2-3 runs per week, averaging 24 hours per run.

Compensation:

• Annual Yearly: $100K-$110K+.
• Guaranteed Weekly Pay: $1,000/week during slow seasonal trends (Jan-March) 
• Sign-On/Retention Bonus: $7,500 (paid at 60, 120, and 180 days based on safety and attendance).
• Quarterly Retention Bonuses: $600

Equipment/Freight:

• This is not a dock or drop and hook position, it is a hands on team driving position
• Driver unloads product from the reefer unit using hydraulic lift gate and hook, putting frozen product in customers freezer, rotating product, and remove empty trays
• Freightliners and Reefer trailers
• Automatic Transmission

Experience/Requirements:

• Valid "Class A" commercial driver’s license.
• 1-3 years of tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Ability to pass a physical examination every two years.
• Must live within 50 miles of Denver, CO.

Location: Pueblo, CO (within 40 miles)

Salary: $1,300 weekly average pay

Position Overview:

• Driver needed to run local loads to large retail locations and shuttle locally. Driver will be home daily - averaging 2,000 weekly miles with an average of 2 loads per day.

Position Overview:

• Drivers needed for western route delivering to retail store locations in Nevada, California, Arizona, Montana, New Mexico, North Dakota, South Dakota, Utah, and Wyoming. Drivers will need to unload trailers using rollers averaging 2 loads per week and 3 stops per load. 

Delivery Locations:

• NV, CA, AZ, MT, NM, ND, SD, UT, and WY. 

Average Weekly Miles:

• 1,700

Schedule:

• 6AM start time 
• Home weekly for 34-hour reset
• Days off vary

Compensation:

• $1,450-$1,800 weekly average
• $77-$97K yearly average
• Mileage pay and pay per load 
• Safe & On-Time Bonus

Equipment/Freight:

• Dry Freight
• Unload trailers using rollers
• 2 loads per week and 3 stops per load
• Occasional backhauls on way back to distribution center

• 1 day off for every 6 days out (max of 4 days)
• Out 10-14 days at time

Compensation:

• $3,000 Sign On Bonus for Experienced Drivers
• $1,100-$1,350+  weekly average
• $0.50CPM on all miles - loaded and empty
• $0.03CPM accessorial pay
• Up to $0.04 CPM bonus opportunities for utilization, fuel, and safety
