Local Openings

Tulsa, OK - Local Driver (Unloading Required)

Location: Tulsa,OK (within 75 miles)

Salary: $1,125- $1,500+ average weekly pay

 

Position Overview:

  • Driver needed for local route in. Unloading is required. Drivers will make hourly pay with an average of 45 hours per week working a Monday-Friday schedule.

  • 5AM or 11AM-1PM start time depending on shift
  • Average of 45 hours per week

Compensation:

  • $1,125- $1,500+ average weekly pay

Regional Openings

Midwest Regional Driver - Home Every Weekend

Salary: $1300-$1600 weekly average pay

 

Position Overview:

  • OTR Drivers needed. Drivers will be home weekly and average 1300 - 1600 weekly miles hauling dry van or reefer loads. 

Delivery Locations:

  • Midwest

Average Weekly Miles:

  • 1300 - 1600

Schedule:

  • Home Weekends with the option to stay out longer and have more consecutive days home
  • In Friday afternoon and out Sunday evening

Compensation:

  • $1300-$1600 weekly average pay
  • $2,000 Sign-On Bonus paid out $750 at week 1, $750 at week 2, and $500 at 6 months
  • $0.59 CPM or $0.54 CPM with company furnished medical insurance
  • $1 per mile after 2,000 miles 
  • $100K yearly earning potential
  • $1,000 Annual Longevity Bonus
  • $1,000 Annual Safety & Performance Bonus

Equipment/Freight:

  • No touch freight

Location: AR, CO, IA, IL, IN, KS, MO, NE, OH, OK, TX

Salary: $1,100-$1,350+  weekly average

 

Delivery Locations:

  • AR, CO, IA, IL, IN, KS, LA, MO, NE, NM, OH, OK, TX

Average Weekly Miles:

  • 2,200-2,400

Schedule:

  • 1 day off for every 6 days out (max of 4 days)
  • Out 10-14 days at time

Compensation:

  • $3,000 Sign On Bonus for Experienced Drivers
  • $1,100-$1,350+  weekly average
  • $0.50CPM on all miles - loaded and empty
  • $0.03CPM accessorial pay
  • Up to $0.04 CPM bonus opportunities for utilization, fuel, and safety

  • 0-3 years old Kenworth T-680’s
  • Automatics and manuals
  • Assigned trucks that can be taken home for off time

Location: AL, AZ, AR, KS, MO, NE, NM, OK, TX

 

Delivery Locations:

  • AL, AR, AZ, CA, IA, IL, KS, KY, LA, MO, MS, NM, NE, OK, TX, TN

Average Weekly Miles:

  • 2,100-2,500

Schedule:

  • 1 day off for every 7 days out
  • Home every 8-15 days
  • Drivers can request home time immediately after being dispatched and can be headed towards home within 8 days of being dispatched.
  • Entering home time is the driver’s responsibility. 
  • Drivers can stay out longer and bank home time if they choose. 

Compensation:

  • 0.47-0.54 - CPM based on experience 
  • Layover Pay- After 48 hours, earn $90 per 24 hours of layover time
  • Dock Detention Pay - Starts after 2 hours - $12 per hour
  • Quarterly safety bonus

  • Dry van

Over-The-Road Openings

Dry Van - Out 10-14 Days / Home 2 Days - Option to Stay Out Longer

Salary: $900-$1,600 weekly average pay

 

Delivery Locations:

  • All 48 states but a majority of the freight is east of I-35 
  • No forced NYC 

Average Weekly Miles:

  • 2,000-2,500

Schedule:

  • Out for 10-14 days and home for 2 days. 
  • Option to stay out longer and earn more home time. 

Compensation:

  • $900-$1,600 weekly average pay
  • 0.45-0.64 CPM based on experience and location
  • Detention, layover, and breakdown pay
  • Earn additional CPM bonuses for safety, mileage, and productivity

Equipment/Freight:

  • Dry van 
  • 100% no-touch freight
  • Automatic Transmission Freightliners and Kenworth’s
  • Trucks are assigned

Position Overview:

  • OTR Drivers needed. Drivers will be every 13-15 days and average 2000 - 2400 weekly miles hauling dry van or reefer loads.

  • Midwest

Average Weekly Miles:

  • 2000 - 2400

Schedule:

  • 13 - 15 Days Out, with 3 Off

Compensation:

  • $1600-$1900 weekly average pay
  • $2,000 Sign-On Bonus paid out $750 at week 1, $750 at week 2, and $500 at 6 months
  • $0.62 CPM or $0.57 CPM with company furnished medical insurance
  • $1 per mile after 2,000 miles

  • Drivers can request home time immediately after being dispatched and can be headed towards home within 8 days of being dispatched.
  • Entering home time is the driver’s responsibility. 
  • Drivers can stay out longer and bank home time if they choose. 

Compensation:

  • 0.47-0.53 - CPM based on experience 
  • Layover Pay- After 24 hours -$125 
  • Dock Detention Pay - Starts after 2 hours - $16 per hour
  • Hazmat pay, stop pay, unload pay if needed
  • Quarterly safety bonus

  • Solo $0.43-0.72CPM based on experience and length of haul

  • Drivers can request home time immediately after being dispatched and can be headed towards home within 8 days of being dispatched.
  • Entering home time is the driver’s responsibility. 
  • Drivers can stay out longer and bank home time if they choose. 

Compensation:

  • Solo - 0.45-0.53 - CPM based on experience 
  • Team - 0.61-0.73 Split - CPM based on experience
  • Layover Pay- After 48 hours, earn $90 per 24 hours of layover time

  • 1 day off for every 6 days out (max of 4 days)
  • Out 3-4 weeks at a time

Compensation:

  • $3,000 Sign On Bonus for Experienced Drivers
