Regional Openings

Regional Driver - Out 11 days / Home 3 days

Position Overview:

  • Drivers will haul dry vans with 100% no-touch freight and can expect to be home every other weekend.

Delivery Locations:

  • IL, IN, OH, KY, WV, VA, PA, MD, MA, CT, NJ, NC

Average Weekly Miles:

  • 2,000-2,400

Schedule:

  • Out 11 days, home 3 days
  • Off time starts once you arrive back at home, driving home does NOT take away from your reset time. 

Compensation:

  • New Hire Transition Bonus of $1,125 - $1,475 paid after first load haul. 
  • Average yearly salary $100,000+
  • Starting CPM - 0.67-0.69 without hazmat endorsement, 0.69-0.71 with hazmat endorsement
  • Pay on all miles - loaded and empty
  • $700-$875 CSA Safety Bonus every 90 days
  • $600 On-Road Safety Bonus every 90 days 
  • Additional detention pay (starts after 1 hour), layover pay, break down pay, and short haul pay

Equipment/Freight:

  • Drivers can take trucks home for off time
  • Automatic transmissions
  • Dry van loads
  • 100% no touch freight

Benefits:

  • One free rider allowed over 10 years of age

North Regional Driver - Home Weekly

Location: CT, DE, IL, IN, KY, MA, MD, NJ, OH, PA, RI

 

Position Overview:

  • Regional drivers needed for the Northern region. Drivers will haul dry vans with 100% no-touch freight and can expect to be home every weekend.

Delivery Locations:

  • Northern Region - CT, KY, MA, MD, NJ, OH, PA, WV   

Average Weekly Miles:

  • 1,900-2,200

Schedule:

  • Home weekends
  • Off time starts once you arrive back at home, driving home does NOT take away from your reset time. 

Compensation:

  • New Hire Transition Bonus of $1,125 - $1,475 paid after first load haul.

Flatbed - Home Weekends

Hiring Locations: AL, AR, CT, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, IA, KY, LA, ME, MD, MA, MI, MN, MS, MO, NH, NJ, NY, NC, OH, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, VT, VA, DC, WV, WI

Salary: $1,400-$1,600 average weekly pay

 

Position Overview:

  • Flatbed drivers needed to haul steel coils, flat steel, and steel pipe -  tarping for some loads will be required. Drivers will average 2,000-2,500 weekly miles usually within a 5 state radius of home location and can expect to be home on the weekends. 

Delivery Locations:

  • Drivers have the option to run all 48 states, but most will run within a 5 state radius to ensure they get home on the weekends. 

Average Weekly Miles:

  • 2000-2500 miles per week

Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday/Saturday with at least a 34 hour restart 

Compensation:

  • $5,000 Sign On Bonus paid out at $1,500 after delivery of first load, $1,500 at 6 months, and $2,000 at 1 year
  • $1,400-$1,600 average weekly pay 
  • Drivers will be making 27% of load
  • Additional $40 per load tarped 
  • Layover, dock detention, breakdown, and multistop pay.

Equipment/Freight:

  • Steel loads: coil, sheet, or pipe
  • 40%-50% of loads need to be tarped
  • Automatic transmission 
  • 3 years old or newer Cascadias & T680's
  • Trucks can be taken home for off time and must stay connected to trailers.

Benefits:

  • Weekly pay - every Friday 
  • Pets allowed with no cost or restrictions 
  • Riders over the age of 18 allowed from day one with no cost
  • Paid orientation with lodging, travel, and 3 meals a day provided. 
  • Full benefits after 30 days: medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, 401K, etc.

Experience/Requirements:

  • At least 1 year OTR (3 states) and 6 months of it flatbed within the past 5 years
  • Must have experience with pipe and steel and must have experience with straps, tarps, chains, and binders.
  • Clean MVR and background 
  • Valid CDL A and DOT card 

Over-The-Road Openings

Dry Van - Out 10-14 Days / Home 2 Days - Option to Stay Out Longer

Salary: $900-$1,600 weekly average pay

 

Delivery Locations:

  • All 48 states but a majority of the freight is east of I-35 
  • No forced NYC 

Average Weekly Miles:

  • 2,000-2,500

Schedule:

  • Out for 10-14 days and home for 2 days. 
  • Option to stay out longer and earn more home time. 

Compensation:

  • $900-$1,600 weekly average pay
  • 0.45-0.64 CPM based on experience and location
  • Detention, layover, and breakdown pay
  • Earn additional CPM bonuses for safety, mileage, and productivity

Equipment/Freight:

  • Dry van 
  • 100% no-touch freight
  • Automatic Transmission Freightliners and Kenworth’s
  • Trucks are assigned

Benefits:

  • Paid orientation and training
  • Weekly pay
  • 1 rider allowed (over 10 years of age)
  • Pets allowed (1 dog or cat under 80lbs)
  • Benefits after 30 days

Dry Van - Out 2 Weeks / Home 2 Days

Delivery Locations:

  • All 48 

Average Weekly Miles:

  • 2500-3000

Schedule:

  • Out for 2 weeks, home for 2 days

Compensation:

  • $1,500 Transition Bonus for experienced drivers 
  • Solo $0.43-0.72CPM based on experience and length of haul
  • Team $0.58-0.83CPM split based on experience and length of haul
